Try it? I was the last one to adjust the phrase, so somebody else has to go next.

I thought it was someone else. I will just let them do whatever they want with the phrase.

^^ as you wish. No big original changes though
1. [ʎ] turns to [g]
2. Prosthetic [r] introduced to break vowel clusters
3. [ u ] introduced to break consonant clusters
4. [ʑ] to [dz]

['tueru egeː ɟudzi ne neːm iː kɾueru 'ɟudzi.geː
ne'jueru iː ta'mige | zu'ɾuwoː de'geː 'ige naː
'si.giː riː'jeː u'wiː tsuoru u'waːn in'suː da]

We're back at Japanese :?:

Not quite, but we're almost there:

(1) [eju jue ue] > [joː], [uo] > [oː]; [j] before [e], and [w] before every vowel but [a], will be lost;
(1.1) Palatalisation of dentals and sibilant fricatives before [i j], including absorption of [j]; [ɟ] > [ɟ͡ʑ], [krj] > [c͡ɕ]
(1.2) Stress moves to the first heavy syllable of a word;
(1.3) Before long [oː], [u] is lost
(1.4) before [e i], [k g] > [c ɟ]
(2) [ts] > [s], except before [u]
(2.1) [u] > [ʉ], rounded vowels become compressed and acquire endolabial rounding
(2.2) Before [i] [ʉ] > [y] > [jy]
(3.) A sequence of long vowel + consonant becomes short vowel + consonant + short vowel
(3.1) A sequence of two long vowels in hiaitus.

Chouru egei juji ne neme ii chouru jujige
Neyouru ii tamige, zurou degei ige naa
Shigi riei yuii souru uwana insuu da.

['c͡ɕoᵝː.rʉᵝ e'geː ɟ͡ʑʉᵝ.ɟ͡ʑi ne neme iː 'c͡ɕoᵝː.rʉᵝ 'ɟ͡ʑʉᵝ.ɟ͡ʑi.geː
ne'joᵝːrʉᵝ iː 'ta.mi.ge | zʉᵝ.'ɾoᵝː de'geː 'i.ge naː
'ɕi.ɟ͡iː ri'eː jyᵝ'iː 'soᵝː.rʉᵝ ʉᵝ'wa.na in'sʉː da]

There, very Japanese — almost full-circle.

I think that text has gone far enough (‘full-circle’, as Rounin Ryuuji said). I’d be interested to see what we can do with English, so here’s a phonetic transcription of me saying that conlanger favourite, the UDHR:

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

1. Mind giving pronunciation in IPA?
2. The trouble with changes in grammar and syntax is that there isn't any information about it, unless you know stuff about the starting language in advance, and even then you'd have to keep track of every round and keep the changes in mind.
If we started giving glosses and translations, I bet there'd be more changes related to syntax, too. As it stands right now, there is only phonological information each round.

1. Syllable-final [l] > [ɫ], [ll] after back vowels > [ɫɫ]
1.1 [ɫ] > [w], [ɫɫ] > [wɫ]
2. Merger of [ɛ̃] and [ə̃] > [ẽ], [en ə̃n] > [ẽ], loss of other nasal consonants after nasal vowels unless another vowel follows, ejection of whatever lost nasal was onto the beginning of the next syllable if it begins with a vowel.
2.1 [jɛ] > [je]

3. Prestopped nasals become voiced stops, insert epenthetic [ɑ] if syllabic.

0. Borrowing of classical vocabulary, somewhat adapted to the orthography
0.1 Dialect form "e" (cognate to Eng. "in", replaces "ad" in that sense)
1. Loss of schwa (though it remains written in the orthography) in syllables following or preceding long vowels
1.1 [ɫ] > [w] after low vowels
2. Long Vowel chain shift, [ɔː] > [oː], [ɛː] > [eː] [ɑː] > [ɔː] after [w], but [æː] > [ɛː] elsewhere; [ai] > [æː] > [ɛː] merges with the last one.
2.1 Later [iː] > [ai] > [aː], [jeː] > [iː]
3. Weakening of short vowels following or preceding long stressed vowels and in unstressed words
3.1 Shortening of long vowels in unstressed words.
