"lu" is a sentential enclitic that marks emphasis. It is often used to allow indefinite subjects by creating cleft sentences.

This is an interesting construction, "guud oder nicht skain", because of the bare "nicht" in front of the verb.

... of hit guud skain, oder nicht seems the most natural to me. A phrase introduced by a conjunction can easily go into the Nachfeld. In German ob es gut/schön ist/aussieht, oder nicht is the most natural word order.

I remember in a German class years ago, someone kept trying to say ob oder nicht ... at the beginning of a clause because whether or not is a thing in English.

Ndwinge zyi Travis B.-i zyeu byo ngai ndwi Dyamani Pendziyoveniya u zyei yui gi dzo Nggilisyi.
Travis's language reminds me of Pennsylvania German because it's a bit influenced by English.

Narei mwe mu zyi u nwagi zyei yu narei mwenge ndwinge Dyamaniki Lwa.
We can only see that because we know other West Germanic languages.

Wi ndwinge ye myegi dzo nozyo do, i ze bana dwa zyu we byai muvwe zyu hai ndwa hai ze.
With a priori languages, it's not so easy for others to recognise whether it is or it isn't.

Nai nggwa vwe zyu ndwinge dzozye u ye myegi dzo nozyoi zwe nwa dyinge u dei dyigodyi ye welativi u ye gwe saborineta do nai zyu ha ngo zye zyi mu myegi a Nggilisyi gwe ndwinge womandzi
I sometimes see that an a priori conlang has one word which is both a relative pronoun and the subordinator/complementiser, and I wonder whether its creator knows only English and a Romance language.

He ze vwevwi zyi ndwinge zyi Travis.
Don't judge Travis's language.

Ze ngarei mu zyu ha de u wai ngegyo zyii bya ya vwi nggwendwa.
None of us know whether what you write is anything other than meaningless slop.

EDIT: Nai zi bo no zyina ndzwa u byoi ndwinge wo. Wi Nggilisyi do, wai giba ndzwenge.
I meant that about your conlang. When you write the English, you're quite poetic.
