Awesome! Lots of relative clauses in there, and a few ellipses. Leima doesn't have any constructions that cover ellipses, so it comes out a bit wordier.

I figured glossing (an edition of) the original Greek passage would be interesting on its own. This text is from Greek Wikisource.

Some highlights are the idiomatic middle voice verbs in the first phrase: "carry oneself" = walk, "stop oneself" = take a rest (these meanings are indeed listed in Greek dictionaries). Also the use of the article or an adjective with nominalized syntax in the neuter plural, to make vague reference to stuff in general ("through things according to Nature", "misusing it for so many [things]"), although Marcus Aurelius later uses the neuter singular to rever to "this", everything here.

I also think he uses diminutives for seed/blood/milk to emphasize how ephemeral and small their lives were (the Diccionario Griego-Español cites this very passage for γαλάκτιον 'a little amount of milk', un poco de leche).
