Keševan lunarse (inf.), lunaru (3s) 'flood, overflow, inundate' (intrans.). The corresponding noun would be lunáreîna 'a flood'. From narse 'to flow' plus a prefix that in this instance means 'to excess'.

Keševan doplu 'sock', an old borrowing from Calintese duòplo which meant a kind of shoe, passing through the intermediary meaning 'slipper' on its way to 'sock'. The Calintese is from the verbal duòfi 'step, tread'.

Keševan aítača 'core of a fruit', from ait, an obsolete passive participle of agze 'to eat', plus a diminutive -ča. A bit paradoxical: it's what's left over after eating the fruit, not what is actually eaten.

Baywatch:

Both forms are valid .... the difference is whether the word for palm (/nsepu/) or hand (/u/) is used. /pu/ means to press or squeeze. However, I picture this verb as being more about the act of squeezing between two hands, not within one hand.

best I can do for now .... I am really just trying to revive this thread, as it seems to disappear every now and then and be forgotten.
