I'd need to be moved to lëtzeshark's position at the least, and I understand he needs to be later in the relay as well... alternatively, I'm free all this week, and wouldn't mind being first in the relay if Arzena is fine with being moved.

I didn’t want to spring it on you with no warning, but if you don’t mind, I will.

When would I be moved to? I don't mind being rearranged.

I’m not quite sure how to answer that. It’s not a Tolstoy novel (or a novel period), and to go into further qualifiers would give it away out the gate. I believe it is reasonably long and short enough for what it is.
But is it like a couple of sentences, a whole paragraph, several paragraphs?

You can have a look at the previous relay results to get an idea of how long the usual texts are. I’d say they’re usually a paragraph or two, no longer.

Given the recent board issues and the current flux of discussion in this thread, would it be to everyone’s benefit if we pushed this to Friday, thus a) allowing weekends to be initially available as a kickoff and per turn, and b) allow time to confirm details as to the exact turn order?

When I get back to my machine (should be soon) I will update.

Now that I can access the board again:

Torch Order
  1. Man in Space: Archaic Vyʌ (5 Jun)
  2. Arzena: Ardinian (6 Jun–12 Jun)
  3. lëtzeshark: Ilian (13 Jun–19 Jun)
  4. bradrn: Eŋes (20 Jun–26 Jun)
  5. /ˌnɐ.ˈɾɛn.dɚ.ˌduːd/: TBD (27 Jun–3 Jul)
  6. Lērisama: TBD (4 Jul–10 Jul)
    [. . .]
  7. English
Yes? No? Maybe so?

Fine with me. (In fact more than fine — I’ve been curious about Ilian ever since I first saw it on the banknotes…)

The timing isn't ideal, but I'll make it work!

Count me as a belated aye.

Could you please add Lēri Ziwi as my language? Nothing else is really ready enough I'd be happy to use it.

Oh, okay. I think I will not participate this time, because I don't know if any of my conlangs will be able to handle that amount of text. :|

I’ve been informed that the torch has been thrown to the sharks. (Well, shark singular.)

Indeed, the torch has been received. I'm managing between science and intensive pastel de nata consumption and destroying my legs on hikes in Sintra. Should be on time to finish, though.

i'd like to sign up, if i can go last (since i have an admittedly spotty completion rate with these and i don't want to cause a logjam)

Update: I have finished the translation, but now I am preparing the document for the handover. It hopefully should be ready for bradrn by the appointed date (Saturday).
