If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst at once in the sky,
that would be the splendour of the mighty One.
Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.

In a fit of temporary silliness, I recorded myself trying to do a movie trailer narrator voice:

I tried to write a text in Liɣu last month:
https://snapshotsofthelabyrinth.photo.b ... n-hahaono/
I never got around to finishing the romanization. (It wasn't particularly exotic.)

Just as a little suggestion, why don't you try using ogoneks rather than tildes, to avoid stacking two diacritics on top of one another (as then one will be over and one will be under)?

It’s not necessarily a problem when the font supports it. Unfortunately, it looks like this one doesn’t.
(Ogenoks seem to be standard in IE linguistics anyway, for some reason. This
is an IE lang, right, or am I misremembering?)

Redoing the text was a part of the romanization project, which I never finished.

I can see both marks. Probably not worth changing the font since I intend to revise the writing system at some point.

Yes, it's an exercise to teach myself PIE and historical linguistics. Does it not look obviously IE? It has the occasional estī.
The idea is that Orpheus was said to have been Thracian, so a para-Thracian language would be a good candidate for a magical language. Thracian is said to have been close to Baltic. That's what old Ligurian is like (or was in the original draft). At the same time, it's spoken close to Kurdish languages. That's what spoken Liɣu's case system in the 11th century is similar to. (There's no rhyme or reason behind the phonology except for being unusual.)

I can see them too, but the tilde is rendered to the right of the macron rather than above it. It looks pretty ugly like that.
