Quick question for those who know how to sail

What do you do if you're running with the wind aft and you encounter two vesels coming the other way, one on port tack and one on starboard tack? My understanding is that because you are the windward vessel, you have to give way to both of them, but as I've never actually sailed, I don't know for sure.
