Since languages use clicks and some can be whistled, why not something from the other side of the body?
If all humans or members of a specific ethnic group possessed capability of voluntary suction into and expulsion of air from the rectum, how could they incorporate it into their language?
How might IPA represent such sounds?

Re: Anal phonemic expression
With only one articulator...
It should work a lot like whistling, I think, variation of pitch, rhythm and loudness.
The question is, is it acoustically perceptible enough (a big difference with whistling).

Re: Anal phonemic expression
Seems to me there's both sibilants /S/ and trills /R/ possible. A secondary feature would be length and perhaps articulatory strength. So with, say a 4 or 5 way length distinction /S, Sˑ, Sː, Sːː, Sːːː/ and /R, Rˑ, Rː, Rːː, Rːːː/ and perhaps three articulatory strength distinctions /S↗ S S↘/ you'd have a total of 30 phonemes. However there would be no vowels or syllables to speak of. So The perhaps the language could be structured similar to morse code. Bursts of phonation with slight pauses in between.
