The language of Kassɨem Dlogḻ [kæs.sʐ̩.jem dˡɔgᶫ], anglicized as Kassium.

/m n nˡ ŋ ŋᶫ/<m n nl ṉ ṉl>
/p b t d tˡ dˡ k g kᶫ gᶫ/<p b t d tl dl k g kḻ gḻ>
/s ɬ~l x ʟ̝̊~ʟ/<s l h ḻ>

/C͡ɨ C͡ʉ/<ɨ ʉ>
/e ʊ/<e u>
/æ ɔ/<a o>
Front/back harmony and lateral harmony.

The vowels characterized as <ɨ ʉ> are likely either going to be phonemic or an allophone of <e u> after fricatives.

It is closely related to Sw̃todug [sʰŋ̍ʷtʰɒtuk].

/ʉ a/ plus accent, nasalization.

{s, h}CVC

Onset h only surfaces following an accented $.
Very boldly minimalistic, like a toy Iroquoian language.

Wrt onset /h/, do you mean lone onset /h/, or /hC/ clusters? Or both?

This language is spoken by naga, which have a human upper body and a serpentine lower body, and anthropomorphic snakes. Romanizations are provided to lessen to work load.

Notes
1. {m ŋ} > {n̥ n̪̊}; yet, <m nk~ng> survive when breaking words into morae.
2. Allophones share their parent sound's Romanization.
3. Ejection replaces voicing contrast due to serpentine anatomy for reflected sounds
4. Dentalization replaces labio-palatalization due to serpentine anatomy for non-reflected sounds.
5. {j ɥ} and <j jw> in Empire's main language
6. Becomes <lf> when Romanized <q> and breaking words into morae
7. Moraic and surfaces as tone for nasal vowels ([Ṽ̀] (grave and tilde) for <m>, [V̄̃] for <n>, or [Ṽ́] (acute and tilde) for <nk~ng> in mora breakdowns)
8. Pharyngealization replaces rounding due to serpentine anatomy

I made this language. I just call it "hasofo" because it means I speak. But this is just an idea for a proto lanuages phonetic inventory. The romanization is on the left the phonemes in the slashes and the variations in the square brackets.
p/p/[p̺b̺]
t/t/[td]
q/q/[kg~qɢ]
`/ʔ/[ʔ]
m/n̼/[n̼̊n̼]
n/n/[n̊n]
N/ɴ/[ɴ̊ɴ]
b/ʙ̺/[ʙ̺̊ʙ̺]
rr/r/[r̥r]
R/ʀ/[ʀ̥ʀ]
rh/ᴙ/[ᴙ̊ᴙ~ʜ̊ʜ]
f/s̼/[s̼z̼]
s/s/[sz]
k/χ/[χʁ]
h/h/[hɦ]
lf/ɬ̼/[ɬ̼ɮ̼]
ls/ɬ/[ɬɮ]
rf/ɹ̼/[ɹ̼̊ɹ̼]
r/ɹ/[ɹ̥ɹ]
y/j/[j̊j]
`/ʔ/[p̺ɸb̺β̺]
`/ʔ/[t͡sd͡z]
`/ʔ/[q͡χɢ͡ʁ]
`/ʔ/[ʔh]
This character (`) is going to change to a affricate depending on what consonants are around it. Also, I am planning on removing one of the trills, fricatives, and nasals. Also perhaps merging some of the laterals.
Here are the vowels:
j/ȷ̈/[ȷ̈ẅ]
i/i/[iy]
u/u/[ɯu]
e/e/[eø]
o/o/[ɤo]
ue+eu/ɜ/[ɜɞ]
a/a/[aɶ]
aa/ɒ/[ɑɒ]
The central semi-vowels only occur after a high vowel at the end of a word(for now). Also the central low-mid vowel /ɜɞ/ occurs as a vowel and always between a different vowel and a proceeding /ɹ/. The syllable structure is CV(yet again for now).

Let me know what you would like to see changed about it. I could probably incorporate your suggestion into a decent language.

just to be clear, the square brackets is the variations, not the entire realized form? i.e. almost every consonant has a voiced/unvoiced form and every vowel has a rounded/rounded form, not that every consonant is an affricate and not that every vowel is a diphthong?
when the hell did that happen
