It seems like they figured when doing non-STEM, the first thing you have to do is turn your brain off, because if you had a working brain, you'd be good enough for STEM.
To be fair, it sometimes feels like this is true of much of linguistics. Cue my favourite quote:
Stephen R. Anderson wrote:
Linguistics will become a science when linguists begin standing on one another's shoulders instead of on one another's toes.
When I saw your post I got excited, but this is just Estigarribia’s, which I already know about… and, I mean, it’s fine enough as a grammar, but these kinds of ‘grammars accessible to non-linguists’ always seem to sacrifice some detail in favour of trying to explain what all the terms mean. (And I feel it never quite works out, because trying to cater to linguists means the explanations are a bit too rushed.)

Sorry to disappoint! I hadn't seen it before, or if I had then I'd forgotten.

No worries, it’s just that I’ve been looking for a good Guaraní grammar for some time. (And this is a good Guaraní grammar, to be clear; it just has its limitations).

Well, the Internet is not a "no-man's land" where laws do not apply. Copyright violation is as illegal "there" as in "the real world". Get used to it.
it still kind of is, tho, if you know where to look. I'm just sad to see mega leave the ranks of the forces of freedom. [insert braveheart still].
And like.. preemptively, no i don't think a total abolition of the notion of privileges for creators is in order, but surely the current copyright laws benefit no one but our corporate overlords.
Supporting the current global copyright regime in order to fund creators is like supporting global warming to help seniors stay warm in their homes. It's like, this is a very inefficient way to be nice to people. Could we maybe just fund the arts instead?
(whisper, whisper) BTW, Torco, you can access z-library using onion browser and basically rob people blind (whisper whisper)
I believe Dewrad, some years ago, posted a link to a Gaulish grammar. (It might have been his own work. I don't remember very well). It was either a Word or Google Docs file.
Does anyone remember it?

Yes, it was his own work, and I happened to save that stuff.

I would like to share a project of mine: palasimi. It's a website with graphs of colexified concepts, similar to those in CLICS and A Conlanger's Thesaurus. It doesn't quite have as much linguistic information as CLICS, but every concept in palasimi is annotated with a short description, which I hope can be of use.
