I like that "heavy-3SM" and "heavy-PST-3SM" are sílmə and selãtəwə.

There's no inflection in Yorshorzha, which I like. It's a language with simple grammar, which I like.

Lack of inflection is not the same thing as simple grammar.

world-1s-AG need-3s.obj more end=less-N-pl-PAT language-pl-PAT. now--FOC have-3s.obj many end=having-N-pl-PAT--PART.
My world needs more isolating languages. Right now it has a lot of synthetic ones, though.

I've just started working on this language again, after a long hiatus, so I'm making a lot of changes to it. It seems like is changes between every post I make.

Something else that has been helpful for me is randomly selecting "Simple English" Wikipedia pages. This may not the best idea based on the very limited vocabulary employed, but it's a starting point.

That's a good idea. Stories and articles often take too long to translate. A single sentence is much easier.
